PURPOSE:To quicken work efficiently and improve cut-off property and earthquake-proofness, by embedding a spiral lining pipe consisting of a band member, in a previously set conduit line, filling up its external groove section with foamed synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Pipe-producing band-formed members 2 provided with a plurality of salient strips and groove sections formed alternately in the direction of the width, and connected longitudinally to each other are wound out of a take-up drum 3 by the pipe-producing machine 1 of a vertical shaft Q, and the salient strips and groove sections are directed to the external side, and the members 2 are wound up in a spiral shape to produce a pipe, and the pipe is fed as a lining pipe R into a previously set conduit line P. After that, into the groove sections of the rotary lining pipe R, liquefied foamed synthetic resin having viscosity is injected through an injecting hopper 5, and is fed to the front side. Then, by the synthetic resin with its regulated foaming time, a foaming reaction is started, and a space between the previously set pipe P and the lining pipe R namely a back-filling space 8 is filled up with the resin.
