PURPOSE:To allow image receiving materials to certainly correspond to exposed photosensitive materials by supplying the photosensitive material after supplying the image receiving material. CONSTITUTION:This image recorder is so constituted that a photosensitive material S is supplied after an image receiving paper C is fed out from an image receiving paper cassette 73 by a feeding-out roll 74. The photosensitive material S is supplied and is exposed only when the image receiving paper C is detected by a sensor SW4 which detects whether the image receiving paper C is fed or not, and supply and exposure of the photosensitive material S are not started though an exposure signal is outputted unless the detection signal is outputted from the sensor SW4. Thus, the existence of the image receiving paper to be joined to the fed photosensitive material S is ensured.
