Puncturing device for aspirating and rinsing a follice, comprising a rinsing pipe (1) and a suction pipe (2). The rinsing pipe (1) and the suction pipe (2) each have an oblique cutting surface (16) and (11), respectively, on one end, these surfaces lying in one plane (17). In front of the oblique cutting surface (11) of the suction pipe (2) there is an angled-off portion (12), so that the tip of the oblique cutting surface (11) rests against the inner wall of the rinsing pipe (1). At the end opposite the oblique cutting surface (11) the rinsing pipe (1) is fastened in a sleeve (3). The suction pipe (2) is held in a sleeve (6) which is conical on one end. This cone is pushed into a counter-cone (14) of the sleeve (3), and the sleeve (3) is screwed to the sleeve (6) by the union nut (7). The rinsing pipe (1) is secured against rotation relative to the suction pipe (2) by means of a pin located on the cone (9) of the sleeve (6) and engaging in a groove (15) of the sleeve (3). The oblique cutting surfaces (11, 16) of the suction pipe (2) and of the rinsing pipe (1) are thus located in one plane (17). <IMAGE>
