PURPOSE:To enable to dispose raw refuse easily without using water, etc., by installing a rotary drum for charging the raw refuse having an embedded heater, a motor for rotating said rotary drum, and a roller inscribing in said rotary drum and rolling the raw refuse. CONSTITUTION:Raw refuse is charged to a rotary drum 3 having an embedded heater 2. The rotary drum 3 is rotated by an electric motor 4, and the raw refuse is rolled with a roller 11 inscribing in said rotary drum 3, simultaneously. As a result, generated noise, malodor generated from residual raw refuse, and contamination of sewage, are eliminated, and easy disposal of raw refuse is possible without using water, etc.
