PURPOSE:To stably atomize liquid and to fine spraying particle diameter and to uniformize it, by toughening the outer circumferential surface of a vibrator wherein both a part for fining liquid and the vicinity adjacent thereto are formed. CONSTITUTION:Both a means 100 for generating ultrasonic wave vibration and a slender vibrator 2 wherein one end is connected with the means 100 and a part 14 for fining liquid is formed in the other end are provided and liquid is fed to the part 14 via a liquid guide groove 24 formed in the axial direction of the vibrator 2 and liquid is fined in the part 14. The outer circumferential surface of the vibrator 2 wherein the part 14 and the vicinity adjacent thereto are formed is made to a roughened surface having 6S-50S average roughness. As a result, liquid of prescribed amount is atomized stably with high efficiency and furthermore at uniform particle and especially in a burner such as a fan heater for household, tear dropping of feed liquid fuel is prevented and good combustion is attained and also problems such as an allophone resulting from the generation of cavitation, imperfect combustion and after-burning at a time of extinguishment are solved.
