摘要 PURPOSE:To rigidly clamp a field unit at a rotor shaft and to reduce its cost by movably inserting the shaft to the field unit, and then inserting a 'Spannring(R)' into a gap between front and rear terminal boards of the field unit and the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A field unit of the type in which a yoke 22 having laminated sector-shaped electromagnetic steel plates 24 is interposed between rectangular permanent magnets 26 is held by front and rear terminal boards 20, 12 made of annular plates. The boards 10, 12 are connected by a bolt 28 penetrating a hole opened at the yoke 22 to fixedly hold the field unit. A rotor shaft 18 is inserted into the inner hole 21 of the unit, 'Spannrings(R)' 14, 16 are inserted from both ends of the shaft 18 to be disposed at the inner holes of the boards 10, 12. Since the rings can radially push inner and outer annular members by a threaded component to be moved, the working accuracy of the boards 10, 12 can be roughly set to contribute to a reduction in its cost. It also contributes to its simplification, and a clamping torque capacity can be increased.
