Homo- and copolymers of vinyl chloride and polymer compositions containing more than 50% by weight of vinyl chloride are stabilized against heat and light deterioration by a combination of a dialkyl tin sulphide, an organic phosphite ester, and an epoxide compound. The epoxide compound can be epoxidized soy bean oil. The composition may also contain chlorinated polyethylene, montan ester wax, titanium dioxide, and a U.V. stabilizer, e.g. a benzophenone, a benztriazole, or a phenyl salicylate. |
