[Also in Division C2] A herbicidal composition contains a pyridazone derivative of the formula I:- wherein R<SP>1</SP> is a phenyl or cycloalkyl radical which may be substituted by alkyl or halogen, R<SP>2</SP> is hydrogen or an alkyl or phenyl radical, R<SP>4</SP> is an alkyl radical or a phenyl radical which may be substituted by halogen or R<SP>3</SP> and R<SP>4</SP> together with the adjacent carbon atom form a cycloalkyl radical, as active ingredient. The composition may contain a solid or liquid carrier and may be in the form of solutions, emulsions, suspensions or dusts. |
