PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a photosensitive drum by providing a fixed reflection plate and a mobile reflection plate which overlaps the fixed reflection plate and is slided in parallel. CONSTITUTION:If the area of a reflection plate cannot be changed, the surface potential is changed when the electrifying efficiency of the photosensitive body is changed. Therefore, a fixed reflection plate 2 is fixed to an outside 1 in parallel with a charger wire 5 and a mobile reflection plate 3 is vertically slided by an adjusting screw 4 to change the area of the reflection plate. The area of the reflection plate is adjusted to control the current flowing to the photosensitive body, thus uniformizing the surface potential of the photosensitive body.
