PURPOSE:To enable fast processing by using a trigonometric decomposition result for the initial value of a Jacobian matrix. CONSTITUTION:When an equation is solved by a Newton-Raphson method, trigonometric decomposition is performed for the initial value of the Jacobian matrix. This trigonometric decomposition is put out of the loop of a convergence process and used to solve a linear equation regarding the Jacobian matrix by a repeating method, and then the trigonometric decomposition of the Jacobian matrix need not be performed in every repetition to shorten the arithmetic time, thereby enabling the fast processing.
