PURPOSE:To prevent fuel circulating the inside of a fuel injection valve, from leaking to the outside from a terminal part, by forming a terminal jointed to a coil and projecting outside of the injection valve, as a round rod terminal, and by jointing the terminal to a flat terminal which receives a signal from the outside, in the inside of the injection valve. CONSTITUTION:When a coil 15 is energized, a magnetic circuit is established through a core 2, a yoke 3 and a plunger 4 which is therefore attracted toward the coil 2. Further, when the plunger 4 is moved, a ball valve 6 is also moved, lifting off from the seat surface 8 of a valve guide 7 so as to open. meanwhile fuel flows from a fuel gallery 57 into a socket 25, and thereafter flows into the inside of a fuel injection valve 1 through a passage 28. In this arrangement a coil assembly 16 is inserted into a flange part hole 17 in the core 2, and an O-ring 19 and a collar 20 are disposed between a round terminal 18 and the core 2 while a flat terminal 34 for transmitting a signal from a control unit to the coil 15 is attached to the upper part of the round terminal 2.
