PURPOSE:To reduce the flow out of oil by providing a discharge chamber which is formed in an enclosed casing, a discharge pipe which projects out into the enclosed casing, a first partition board which is fixed to said discharge pipe and which forms a passage toward the enclosed casing, and a second partition board which forms a space toward said first partition board. CONSTITUTION:The flowing direction of a refrigerant which is discharged out of a discharge port 9 and which flows to the lower part of a block is changed by an enclosed casing 1 and a second partition board 18. That is, as the refrigerant collides, first, against the enclosed casing 1 and, then, against the second partition board 18, oil is deposited on the wall faces of the enclosed casing 1 and the partition board 18, causing the oil to be separated from the refrigerant. And, the separated oils fall downward along the enclosed casing 1 and the second partition board 18, respectively. Accordingly, since the separated oil does not enter a discharge pipe 12, the flow out of oil into a refrigeration cycle can be prevented.
