PURPOSE:To pick up an image with high sensitivity, to improve the resolution, and to ministurize the titled device by varying the moving speed of the visual field on a two-dimensional solid-state image pickup element in sine wave mode, and executing the exposure for the element at the time of going moving speed to minimum. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is so constituted that a scanning mirror 13 is located between the two-dimensional image pickup element 11 and a lens 12, and the visual field covered by the whole picture elements of the solid-state image pickup device varies within the display period of one picture. The output from this element 11 is inputted to a signal detection and processing circuit 14, amplified and scanning-converted, then outputted to a displayer 15 to be displayed. In order to synchronize a motor driving circuit 16 with the action of the element 11, a timing pulse is inputted to it from the circuit 14, and supplies a voltage waveform for driving in sine waveform to a motor 17. And at a point of time of the moving speed of the visual field comes to minimum, the exposure of the element 11 is executed. As a result, the accumulation action of the element 11 is executed in an almost stationary state the degrading of resolution can be suppressed to minimum. |
