PURPOSE:To easily and collectively measure the temps. at many measuring points at once, by arranging a plurality of thermocouple wires so as to cross a plurality of parallel thermocouple wires in a lattice form and providing thermocouples at the respective intersecting points of said wires. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the first thermocouple wires 15, for example, composed of copper are parallelly arranged in a soft sheet 14 having an electric insulating property and the respective lead terminals 16 thereof are led out from one end side of the sheet 14 and detection analogue switches 17 are con nected to the extraction end thereof. Further, a plurality of the second thermo couple wires 18, for example, composed of constantan are provided so as to cross the wires 15 in an almost lattice form and the respective lead terminals 19 thereof are connected to analogue switches 20. Further, thermocouple contacts 21 are formed to the respective intersecting points of the wires 15, 18 by solder ing and respectively insulated electrically. For example, by closing switches 17(A), 20(B), the electromotive force of the thermocouple 21 provided to each of the contacts C of the wires 15, 18 connected to said switches can be extracted. This extraction of electromotive force can be performed by a control circuit.
