PURPOSE:To reduce routining load by including an office address table in each node on a ring type network. CONSTITUTION:Plural ring nodes 5 are connected to each ring type network 1 like a ring. Offices 4 having unique office addresses in the whole composite network are connected to each bus type network 2 and offices 4 having unique addresses in the whole composite network are connected to each star type network 3 like a star around a control device such as a PBX. An opposite node number on a corresponding ring in a routining table is retrieved from a transmitted address in a packet frame sent from the office 4 in the self node, a packet for a node on the corresponding ring is sent at the rate of 1 to 1, and if the corresponding node number is not included, the packet is broadcasted to respective nodes on the ring.
