PURPOSE:To obtain a solid crossing circuit by connecting ground conductors between 1st and 2nd microwave lines through an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 21 of the 1st line 12 is formed on a substrate 1 and conductors 24, 24 for the 2nd line are formed on the substrate 1 so as to be arranged rectangularly to the conductor 21. The ground conductors 22a, 22b, 22c and 23a, 23b, 23c are unitedly formed so as to be respectively separated with prescribed intervals. A SiO2 layer 5 is formed on a solid crossing part 11a, a ground conductor 6 is formed on the layer 5, the conductor 6 is covered with a SiO2 layer 7, through holes 7a, 7b are formed, and a conductor 8 is formed so as to be connected to the conductors 24, 25. In said constitution, the electromagnetic field component of a signal on the conductor 8 is shielded by the ground conductor 6, no interference is applied to lines 12, 13 and no interference is also applied to the conductor 8 because the electromagnetic field components of signals in the lines 12, 13 are interrupted by the conductor 6, so that both the microwave lines are electrically separated and solid crossing can be attained. |
