PURPOSE:To improve suction efficiency and reduce noise by forming a centrifugal fan with a disk formed first fan plate which is fixed to an output shaft,a second fan plate having a larger outside diameter than the first fan plate, and plural fan plates for connecting both fan plates. CONSTITUTION:When a driving motor 10 is operated rotating an output shaft 12, a centrifugal fan 50 is rotated in an integrated form with the output shaft 12, and air is sucked in from the central opening M of the centrifugal fan 50 via the suction port 41 of a fan cover 40 and discharged out of the peripheral opening L of the centrifugal fan 50. In this case, since the diameter of a second fan plate 52 is larger than that of a first fan plate 51, the discharged air is hard to flow backward to the suction port 41 side of the fan cover 40 and smoothly flows into a straightening plate 30 to be introduced into a casing 11. Thereby, the suction efficiency of a motor driven fan can be improved, while lowering noise at the time of operating.
