发明名称 POSITIONING SERVO SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform high-accuracy positioning operation by comparing the level of an analog signal obtained by rough positioning for rough position detection in every period directly with the level of an analog command value corresponding to a desired stop position. CONSTITUTION:When the deviation quantity of a deviation counter 2 reaches zero, a counter 2 sends out a switching signal to a switching circuit 12, which is switched to a rough positioning side; and the analog command value from an analog command value generating circuit 10 is compared with the analog signal from a position detector 6 by an analog comparing arithmetic circuit 11 so as to perform fine positioning. Then a servo loop for sending an analog value which is the arithmetic result to a servo-amplifier 4 is constituted and an actuator is driven to a position where the arithmetic result becomes zero. Namely, an analog command value generating circuit 10 which uses a D/A converter is added newly so as to constitute the analog servo loop, and a command arithmetic processing circuit 1 generates the analog command value corresponding to data to perform position detection by direct comparison.
