EXAMPLE:(6R, 7R)-7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-phenoxyiminoacetamide]-3-(3,4- dihydro-6,7-dihydroxy-2-isoquinolinium)methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate. USE:An antibacterial agent for Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, especially Pseudomonas aeruginosa. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II (R<5> represents group eliminative by the reaction with a dihydroisoquinoline compound; R<4> represents carboxyl-protecting group; p is 0 or 1) is reacted with a dihydroisoquinoline compound expressed by formula III.</p> |
