PURPOSE:To manufacture coil winding with good uniformity by adhering resin blocks to both ends of a magnetic core, fitting the magnetic core to a rotary device through the blocks, and winding an enamel wire while rotating the magnetic core and thus forming a coil. CONSTITUTION:The resin blocks 11 and 12 are adhered to both ends of the magnetic core 1 and wire 15 for alignment is inserted into a through hole 14. One block 11 is gripped by a gripping jig 16 and the wire 15 is inserted into the center hole 17 of the jig 16 and aligned. Then the jig 16 is fixed to a chuck 18 and the other end is pressed by a chuck 19 to fix the magnetic core 1. Then while the magnetic core 1 is rotated, the enamel wire 20 with an adhesive film is wound around the magnetic core 1 from one end to the other end and folded at the end part to form two layers. The magnetic core is detached from the chucks 18 and 19 after the adhesive of the enamel wire 20 sets, and the blocks 11 and 12 are removed. Consequently, a detection probe having coil winding with good uniformity is manufactured efficiently.
