PURPOSE:To mold strain, capable of growing by using aflatoxin as only one energy source and carbon source and removing the aflatoxin which is a carcinogenic substance. CONSTITUTION:The aimed strains can be obtained by cultivating soil from various parts of japan in a culture medium of Nakayama et a1. Steps of depositing such strains were taken as follows. Trichoderma aureoviride NK-1 (FERM-P No.9150), Paecilomyces inflatus NK-7 (FERM-P No.9152), Paecilomycesa lilacinus NK-11 (FERM-P No.9154), Aspergillus fumigatus (FERM- P No.9155), Fumicola fuscoatra NK-9 (FERM-P No.9153) and Penicillium spinulosum NK-5 (FERM-P No.9151). |
