<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which has excellent characteristics in preventing the drying of a pen point and enables smooth writing without the occurrence of a thin spot from the first writing, by incorporating a specified polyhydric alcohol ether into an ink composition. CONSTITUTION:1-50wt.% polyhydric alcohol ether of the formula (wherein 8>=n>=0) is incorporated into a mixture comprising a water-soluble dye or water- based pigment, a water-soluble organic solvent (e.g., ethylene glycol), and water.</p> |
