PURPOSE:To obtain dried laver sheet having excellent gloss, by chopping raw laver with a raw laver chopping machine, aging the chopped laver in an activation treatment tank and suspending the aged laver in fresh water at a prescribed concentration. CONSTITUTION:Raw laver collected in a laver culture field is drained, chopped with a chopper, optionally washed and/or dehydrated, aged in an activation treatment tank and diluted with water to obtain a suspension having a specific concentration. The washing and activation treatment is carried out using sea water or a solution having similar composition to sea water. A high-energy high-speed treatment can be carried out without breaking or damaging the lever cells. |
