PURPOSE:To prevent the limitation of the outermost diameter of a winding coil by a method wherein the winding coil is wound, a temporary winding coil is wound on a temporary winding guide in predetermined length, a terminal is set to a core and the temporary winding coil is wound and moved to a prescribed position by means of a vertical shaft winding machine. CONSTITUTION:When a winding coil section 2 is wound in order up to a winding 6 from a winding 1, the coil is step-elevated up to the position of the height of a temporary winding coil section 3. The temporary winding coil section 3 is wound, the temporary winding coil section 3 of a winding 11 from the winding 6 is wound in predetermined length, coil approaching work is started, and the feed of a coil conductor being forwarded is stopped. A vertical shaft winding machine is rotated, the temporary winding coil section 3 on a temporary winding guide section 20 is wound on a core 1, and the winding coil section 2 of a winding 11-a winding 16 is wound. Accordingly, p series of operation of the winding of the winding coil, the mounting of the temporary winding guide section, the winding of the temporary winding coil, and the clamping of the temporary winding coil is repeated, thus resulting in easy winding up to a large coil from a small coil having an outermost diameter. |
