PRESSING ROLLER FOR STRAIGHTENING

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency in production of spiral type multilayer cylinders by welding a joining part of both end faces of a spirally wound multilayer stock with the joining part pressed by rollers through a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A joining part A of both end faces of a multilayer stock 11 spirally wound on an inner cylinder 12 is welded with the part A pressed by rollers 3. A pressing force is given to the rollers 3 by giving a pressure to a bracket 2 equipped with the rolled 3 through a hydraulic rod 1. Both the productivity and quality are improved by a device of that structure.
