PURPOSE:To obtain a multiple cutting device with excellent cutting efficiency and simple cutting work by providing a planertype gantry movably on the material to be cut and providing the head to which plural cutters are fitted movably along the beam part of the gantry. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary head 14 is provided along the beam part 4 of a gantry 1 on a main head 10 and a main cutter 12 and auxiliary cutters 16a, 16b, 16c are respectively fitted to the main head 10 and auxiliary head 14. This main head 10 is provided movably in the Y direction for the beam part 4 of the planer-type gantry 1 provided movably in X direction. This cutting device controls each cutter 12, 16a, 16b, 16c in X/Y directions by a computer 6 to cut the material on the plane in the same shape plurally and simultaneously. The multiple cutting device having excellent cutting efficiency and simplified cutting work can thus be realized. |
