PURPOSE:To supply a member required in a production line in the required net quantity by forming the distribution stack plan information of the member based on automatic member supplying plan information formed by an automatic member supplying plan information forming means and member receiving schedule information. CONSTITUTION:Based on production plan information 11 inputted from an input means, parts constituting information 12, production control reference information 13 and the member receiving schedule information 10, the automatic member supplying plan information 14 for every production line is formed in an automatic member supplying plan forming device 5. Then, based on the required net quantity of the member and the member receiving schedule information 10, the distribution stack plan information 15 is formed in a distribution stack plan information forming device 6. Further, based on an instruction from a stack controller 7 for inputting the distribution stack plan information 15 and a stack instructing unit, the stack instructing unit is displayed and information relating to a stack completed rack address and the quantity is inputted to a stack instructing terminal 35. Thereby, the plan for automatically supplying the required net discharge number of the members in the respective production lines can be formed. |
