PURPOSE:To steadily take out cut-out material by providing a defector for magnet position and a phototube for detecting an absorption error and sliding the taking out action back and forth when taking out cut-material by making a magnet absorb with a wire-cut electric discharge machine. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 6 rotates and the first dog 16b is detected with the first detector 15b, the motor 6 stops and an air cylinder 11 lowers and a magnet 4 absorbs a cut-out material 2. Thereupon if an absorption error occurs, a phototube 17 detects that it is not absorbed and by this detected signal the motor rotates reversely and returns in the original direction and stops at the second position where the second detector 15a detects the second dog 16a, that is, the position slid forth about 10 deg. from the right above so as to perform absorption work. Also if an absorption error occurs in the second position, the third detector 15c stops at the third position to detect the third dog 16c, that is, at the position slid back about 10 deg. from the right above so as to perform absorption work.
