PURPOSE:To improve the economical properties of the titled conversion system by storing each information element contained in a message together with the presence or absence of said information element and the point showing the storing position of the element. CONSTITUTION:An information storing part 202 serving as a storing means 100 and a pointer part 201 serving as a pointer means 200 are provided in an information converting device 20 in response to each external form message. The part 202 includes the information elements storing areas A1-A3 for information elements (a), (c) and (i) contained in the corresponding external form message. At the same time, these areas A1-A3 have their memory capacities enough to store said elements (a, c, i). Thus it is required for the means 100 just to secure the memory capacity needed for storage of the information elements forming a message. As a result, the economical properties can be improved for the device 20.
