发明名称 LOW MELTING POINT FLUX COMPONENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a workability at the aluminum material joining time by composing the components composition of a flux by NaBF4 and KBF4 and making the component ratio of KBF4 at specific mol% as well. CONSTITUTION:The flux component consisting of NaBF4 and KBF4 is formed by precipitating KF and NaF by adding in a borofluoric acid or mixing the powders of KBF4 and NaBF4, etc. In this case, the KBF4 in the components is made to attain to 0.1-75 mol% by the adjustment. Due to the rate of the KBF4 components being regulated the m.p. of the flux is reduced to less than 500 deg.C to improve the fluidity at the joining time. Consequently, the workability at the joining time of the aluminum material brazing is remarkably improved.
