PURPOSE:To fix a holding rail end part to one part of a connection member and to release the end part of a guide part to the other part freely vertically movably by linking the holding rail to hold a base plate and the guide part of the rail vertically moving a vapor tank with the connection member in almost H shape viewed from the above. CONSTITUTION:A carry-in conveyor 13 is composed of right and left guide parts 131, 132 and the guide part 131 of a holding rail 13a in U sectional shape, belt 13d and pullys 13b, 13c. The rail 15 capable of connecting carry-in and-out conveyors 13, 14 is horizontally arranged at the opening part of a vapor tank 11. The rail 15 is composed of right and left guide members 15a, 15b, supported by a supporting device 16 and fitted to the column of the vapor tank 11 freely movably vertically. The guide member 15a is linked with the holding rail 13a by a connection member 30, whose shape viewed from the above is of an H, one end of the guide member 15a is fixed by engaging with the recessed part of one part thereof and one end of the holding rail 3a is fixed by engaging with the recessed part of the other part. It is therefore released against the vertical movement of the guide member 15a and locked against the movement in right and left directions. |
