PURPOSE:To carry out the fastening work for the connecting bolts through the remote operation the monitoring of images, by installing an image pick-up machine for transmitting the fastening state of the fastening tool for the connecting bolts and the relation position between a traveling body and a constitution member onto the traveling body which shifts on the back part of the constitution member. CONSTITUTION:A traveling body 3 which shifts along the back part of a constitution member 2 which constitutes a steel frame structure is equipped with a fastening tool 5 for fastening the bolts 4 for connecting the constitution member 2 and an image pick-up machine 6 which images the fastening state of the connecting bolts 4 and the relation position between the traveling body 3 and the constitution member 2 and transmits said images to a steering position. The connecting bolts 4 for fastening the constitution members 2 are fastened through the remote control in monitoring the image. Therefore, the trouble of injury for a human body due to falling, etc., is prevented, and the height limitation is eliminated, and workability, reliability, safety, and fatigue resistance can be improved markedly.
