PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of oscillation of a table holding samples, etc., and to make efficient photometry by providing a function for injecting a reagent into a vessel existing in the specific position on a turn table in synchronization with the turning of the turn table. CONSTITUTION:This analyzer is so constituted as to position the origin of rotation by detecting a detection hole 16 by a photointerruptor 13 and to determine the stop position of a reaction table by detecting detection holes 15, 16 by the photointerruptor 13. The analysis is progressed while the turn table 1 is turned at every one step at specified time intervals. The first vessel 3 is first stopped at a reagent adding position 18 where the adding of the reagent for starting the reaction, stirring and mixing are executed. The turn table 1 turns next and the vessel 3 is fed to a measuring position 28, where the vessel is trusted up and is fed to a photometric position 36 of a photometer 32, by which the measurement is made. The influence of the oscillation of the table holding the samples, etc., at the time of the measurement is eliminated and the efficient photometry is permitted by this analyzer.
