PURPOSE:To reduce a sample quantity which are not recovered by providing an elastic container in a pressure container and connecting this container to an air feeding pump installed outside a tank through a subordinate valve provided to a lid plate. CONSTITUTION:A sample charging device for the pressure container 1 charges a sample 11a in a space between the elastic container 23 and pressure container 1 by operating a pump 10 and a subordinate pump 25 and sending air to the elastic container 23 in the pressure container 1. At this time, the pump 10 and subordinate pump are adjusted to set the pressure in the pressure container 1 to specified pressure with a pressure measurement gauge (not shown in figure). Then the elastic container 23 has elasticity, so the pressure difference between the inside and outside is absorbed, so the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the elastic container is nearly eliminated and the internal pressure and external pressure are balanced. The pump 10 and subordinate pump 25 are operated reversely after the end of the sample 11a, which is collected in a sample tank again. Consequently, the amount of the sample 11a charged in the pressure container 1 at the time of inspection may be small, the sample is easily recovered, and a sample which is not recovered is small in amount.
