PURPOSE:To avoid the dullness of a waveform by connecting a resistance of high resistance value to a transmission line for scan pulses set between the output part for scan pulses and the input part of an LPF and realizing connection of a high-speed input processor to the scan pulse output part of a pulse generating circuit for increase the number of types of outputs of the pulse generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A resistance R2 of high resistance value is connected to a transmission line for scan pulses set between a scan pulse output part 22 and the input part of an LPF 25 to suppers the reduction of the pulse response speed due to the LPF 25. Thus the number of types of outputs is increased for a pulse generating means. As a result, the influence of the LPF 25 is eliminated to the signal led to the part 22 of the pulse generating means. Thus a signal having response properties is obtained and simultaneously a high-speed processing circuit 24 can be connected to the signal leas-out part 22. Then the dullness of a waveform due to the influence of the LPF 25 can be avoided.
