PURPOSE:To enable stable supply of culture liquid at a constant flow rate over a long period, by pressing a culture liquid into a culture vessel with gas pressure. CONSTITUTION:High pressure is applied to a tank containing a culture liquid and the liquid is pushed out of the tank to the outer system having lower pressure than the pressure in the tank. As an alternative method, the pressure of the exterior system of the tank is made lower than the pressure in the tank to such the culture liquid in the tank into the low-pressure system. The culture liquid supplying part is preferably composed of a 1st tank 25a and a 2nd tank 25b connected to a culture vessel 11 and acting the role to supply and recover the culture liquid, a culture liquid preparation tank 23 placed between said tanks 25a, 25b and the culture vessel 11, a plurality of flow channels connecting the above parts, a change-over means for the channels and a means 61 to supply pressurized gas to the tanks 25a, 25b.
