PURPOSE:To enable stable high-speed high-load rotation by providing a pipe magnetic member in the manner of contact fit into a stator slot core and by changing the inner diameter of said member according to variation in quantity of effective magnetic flux to a stator motor winding. CONSTITUTION:In the central part of a shaft 6, there is provided a magnet rotor 2 composed of a permanent magnet being a rotor, and a stator composed of a slot core 1 and a motor winding 3 is provided on the outer peripheral face of said rotor 2. Further, there is provided a pipe magnetic member 11 having a cylindrical part 12 forming a magnetic gap face in opposition to the magnet rotor 2 in contact fit into the slot core 1. In this case, because the inner diameter D of said cylindrical part 12 of the magnetic member 11 has been changed according to variation in quantity of effective magnetic flux to the motor winding 3, variation of a motor induced voltage constant is controlled, and further because the magnetic member 11 is in contact fit into the core 1, cogging is reduced so that stable high-speed high load rotation is made possible. |
