PURPOSE:To ease the hole machining work, by providing an eccentric circular cam, which is firmly fixed to an input gear, a planet gear, which substantially receives this eccentric circular cam in both closely and in freely and relatively rotatable manner, and an internal gear, which is engaged with this planet gear in an inscribed state and which is supported by an input gear concentrically with the input gear, in addition to a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:A shaft of an input gear 15 and an output shaft 8 can face an axial direction that is common to both shafts. Therefore, the direction of hole machining, which is performed to form a bearing or the like for the input or output shaft, can be the same, thereby easily obtaining the hole machining of high accuracy. In addition, when an internal gear 18 is supported in a freely rotatable manner, a planet gear 19 can revolve round the sun gear owing to a connecting member 22. As a result, the transfer of the torque from the input gear 15 toward the output shaft 8 is suspended. Accordingly, when an electromagnetic unit 32 is used as a fastening means, the on-off control over the torque- transfer can be carried out without changing the engaging condition of the gears. |
