PURPOSE:To obtain two kinds or over of delay times by providing a notch part having an angle to a reflecting face of a main signal of a ultrasonic wave delay medium to split the propagation direction of the ultrasonic wave into two or over and fitting plural output transducers to the split signal. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic wave main signal coming from an input transducer 1 fitted to one end face of a ultrasonic wave delay medium 4 is split by notches 5, 6 having an angle 7 provided to at least one reflecting face, the split signal is outputted by different output transducers 2, 3 to obtain a different delay time. The notch parts 5, 6 are provided to one position of the ultrasonic wave delay medium 4 and two kinds or over of delay times are obtained.
