<p>PURPOSE:To suitably release a reel brake at the time of drawing out and storing a quick winding post, by executing the driving of a mode switching member by a driving motor for loading a tape, in order to allow a reel brake release member to execute a release operation. CONSTITUTION:Switching of a position of a reel brake release member 3 is executed by a mode switching member 1. Also, when the member 3 is in a brake release position for releasing both brakes 4S, 4T, a drawing-out operation of quick winding posts 6s, 6t can be executed. Accordingly, at the time of drawing out the quick winding posts 6s, 6t, both reel bases 5S, 5T are set to a brake release state and a tape can be drawn out without applying an immoderate load. Also, when the member 3 is in a brake release position of one side for releasing the brake of a supply side, a storing operation of the quick winding 6s, 6t is executed. Therefore, at the time of storing the quick winding post, as soon as the mode is switched, the reel base 5S of the supply side is set to a brake release state, and the tape can be wound without overwinding.</p> |
