PURPOSE:To secure the actuation of a valve without having any sliding part, by installing an armature, capable of contacting or separating to or from a lip of the opening and closing valve consisting of a soft elastic body, and closing a passage at time of pressure, in a shiftable manner. CONSTITUTION:Each of opening and closing valves 23 and 33, consisting of a soft elastic body, is inserted each into a first passage 20 and a second passage 30, while there are provided with almost taper-form passage contracted diametral parts 24, 25 and 34, 35 in both directions each, and in an interval between these symmetrical contracted diametral parts, also there are provided with lips 26, 27 and 36, 37 opening or closing these passages. And, a solenoid 50 is set up in space between these opening and closing valves 23 and 33, and the plunger 51 presses the lip 27 of the valve 23 or the lip 36 of the valve 33 in an alternative manner.
