PURPOSE:To adjust the resonance frequency and the coupling coefficient by deciding the position, inner diameter and number of a through hole provided with the lengthwise direction of a line electrode. CONSTITUTION:A thin resin sheet 12 is clipped between two dielectric bases 11a and 11b on one main face of which earth electrodes 14a, 14b are formed and on the other main face of which line electrodes 15a, 15b are formed respectively, and through holes 19b, 19c passing through the resin sheet 12 between the opposed line electrodes 15a, 15b are made conductive by a conductor member 20. The resonance frequency and the coupling coefficient of the strip line are varied with the position, inner diameter and number in the lengthwise direction of the line electrodes of the through hole. Thus, the position, inner diameter and number in the lengthwise direction of the line electrodes in the through hole are decided to adjust the resonance frequency and coupling coefficient of the strip line minutely. |
