PURPOSE:To improve efficiency, by a method wherein an armature is formed by a conductive pattern, arranged on a flexible print substrate, and a position detecting magnetic sensor and the conductive pattern for generating a speed signal are provided in the title motor. CONSTITUTION:An inner rotor type DC brushless motor consists of an armature 1, formed by a flexible print substrate 5 having a lead leading part 4 fixed to a stator frame 7, a rotary magnet 8, opposed to the armature 1 by keeping a gap (g) between the armature 1 and fixed to a rotary shaft 10 through a rotor yoke 9, a case 12 and the like. The armature 1 is provided with said substrate 5, on which the groups of armature coils 2 consisting of conductive pattern and position detecting magnetic sensors 3 are arranged, and comb-teeth type conductive patterns 6 for generating speed signals are provided at the side of the leading part 4 of a lead. The rotary magnet 8 is provided with magnetic poles for driving and the FG section of the magnet. According to this method, the assembly of a motor may be simplified. |
