PURPOSE:To recover an operatable state of an actuator within a short time, by constituting the system in such a manner that compressed air supplied from an air compressor is introduced into a sub-air tank only when the pressure in the main air tank exceeds the preset value. CONSTITUTION:When it becomes necessary to supply the compressed air to the main tank 17, a compressor 18 is driven. Then, supply of the compressed air to only the main air tank 17 is started via a dryer 61, owing to the operation of an introduction controlling means. When the pressure in the main tank 17 exceeds the preset value, the introduction of the compressed air to the sub-air tank 65 is allowed by means of the above-mentioned introduction controlling means. Therefore, the compressed air is supplied to this sub-air tank 65 as well. On the other hand, the compressed air that is stored in the sub-air tank 65 like this flows backward from the sub-air tank 65 into the atmosphere for a release via the dryer 61 and under the control of a counter-flow controlling means. This counter-flow brings about the regeneration of the dryer 61.
