PURPOSE:To enable a good head touch even if there is any vibration, etc., by constraining the floating and vibration of a carriage by having the damper means to give a pressurization by pressing to one part of the bearing means of a 2nd rotatable carriage. CONSTITUTION:A disk 2 is rotated in the arrow mark 3 direction. A lower head 8 is moved with sliding in the direction of an arrow mark 12 by being mounted on the lower carriage 7 of a 1st carriage. The upper carriage of the 2nd carriage is very thin and composed of the plate having flexibility, made rotatable by composing suspensions 4a, 4b at the base part and the flexibility is removed by composing a projection part 4c at the part excepting that, mounting an upper head 3. The upper carriage 4 is pressed by a twisted coil spring 5, pinching the disk 2 in the space with a lower head 8 by the upper head 3. The damper 11 having elasticity is fitted between a suspension holder 6 and suspensions 4a, 4b to absorb the vibration, etc., thereof.
