PURPOSE:To attain surface packing with simple constitution and high reliability by providing a vibrator main body and an insulation base arranged to a part led out of the lead wire the vibrator main body and providing a couple of metallic terminal pieces and connecting a lead wire of the vibrator main body to the metallic terminal piece of the insulation base. CONSTITUTION:A vibrating piece 2 is contained in the inside of a case 1 and sealed and the vibrator main body 7 whose lead wire 5 is extracted externally while connected to an electrode of the vibrator chip 2, and the insulation base 8 arranged to the port led out of the lead 5 of the vibrator main body 7 and provided with a couple of metallic terminal pieces 9, 10 being the connection part with an external circuit are provided. Then the lead wire 5 of the vibrator main body 7 is connected to the metallic terminal pieces 9, 10 of the insulation base 8. Thus, the crystal vibrator capable of being packed on the front is obtained easily by using a conventional technology and installation.
