PURPOSE:To eliminate erroneous detection of information due to a high frequency component, by letting the high frequency component induced in a conductor escape to a substrate via a bypass. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 16 is connected integrally between a load cell 2 and a tray frame 5. This metal plate 16 bends, extending downward and further bent at the other end thereof to make an opposed surface 17 facing a base 1 at an interval (d). A distributed capacity forming section 40 is formed between the base 1 and the opposed surface 17 and a bypass 18 is formed with the distributed capacity forming section 40 and the metal plate 16. A high fre quency voltage is generated between the tray frame 5 and the base 1 by extrane ous radio waves and made to escape via the bypass 18.
