<p>PURPOSE:To recover product gas of high concentration with low powder by regenerating an adsorption tower in the front row out of a plurality of adsorption towers connected with in sequence one by one and purging with product gas while controlling flow rate in accordance with the pressure of the generating adsorption tower. CONSTITUTION:Raw air is pressurized by a compressor 3 being fed into an adsorption tower 1A and N2 is adsorbed and then O2 is concentrated in an adsorption tower 1B, being stored in a production tank 2. Next, raw air is transferred to the adsorption towers 1B and 1C, while a valve 13 is opened in the adsorption tower 1A to reduce the pressure down to atmospheric pressure to discharge desorption gas 24, and further reduce pressure by a vacuum pump 4 to exhaust desorption gas 23. Then, the product O2 controlled by a flow rate control valve 19 is accordance with the pressure of the adsorption tower is flowed from the direction reverse to adsorption, purging being carried out, and the product O2 is introduced and pressurized again up to adsorption pressure. Then, crude O2 sent from an adsorption tower 1D is concentrated in the adsorption tower 1A, and the product O2 is sent to the product tank 2.</p> |
