PURPOSE:To efficiently perform multi-stripe coating even when there is an obstruction, by providing a downward notch to a proper place where no nozzle orifice is present to form a nozzle member and further arranging a nozzle member having a nozzle orifice at the position corresponding to the notch behind said nozzle member in close vicinity thereto. CONSTITUTION:A large number of nozzle orifices 5 are provided to the nozzle member 1 mounted to the leading end of a nozzle apparatus so as to be opened to the bottom surface thereof and notches 6 are provided to the places, where a large number of the nozzle orifices 5 are not present, of said member 1. Therefore, even when there is an obstruction such as the coating layer of the previous process or a tape on a coating surface, predetermined coating work can be performed by opposing the notches 6 to the obstruction. The second nozzle member 11 is arranged behind the nozzle member 1 in close vicinity thereto so that the nozzle orifices 15 thereof correspond to the notches 6 of the nozzle member 1 and, when a coating material is different, a multi-stripe coating layer can be formed by a single process.
