<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a filter from blinding by injecting combustion accelerating catalyst, that has zeolite as the main component and contains metallic oxide, to an exhaust gas filter of porous ceramics. CONSTITUTION:An injection device 6 that injects solution of combustion accelerating catalyst is provided on upstream side of an exhaust gas filter 2 made of porous ceramics. Catalyst support having zeolite as a base and metal, metallic oxide or metallic salt are made to contain in said catalyst solution. Thereby, soot becomes to catch fire easily even in little deposit so combustion is accelerated while combustion accelerating catalyst is stable in high temperature atmosphere, therefore the same isn't separated by combustion heat, and little ash deposits to the exhaust gas filter so blinding can be prevented.</p> |
